What Goes In The Ledger

Four figures per operator, recorded the same way, in the same order, on accounts we paid for.

The four figures

  • Credited free. The full welcome exactly as it arrived, both currencies, with no purchase made.
  • Redeemable. The portion that can convert. This is the only figure treated as value.
  • Floor. The operator minimum for processing a withdrawal. The distance between this and the redeemable figure is the real cost of the welcome.
  • Paid. Hours from filing to funds received, filed at the floor rather than at a comfortable balance.

How the ledger is ordered

Redeemable credit against the floor sets the initial order, because that determines whether a new player has a withdrawal available or a project to complete. Ties break on payout time. Free clearance time then adjusts a line up or down where the daily routes are unusually generous or unusually thin. Nothing else moves a position: not game count, not interface quality, and not commercial terms.

What the ledger deliberately excludes

Purchase-linked matches, VIP tiers requiring months of activity, and referral credits requiring other people. Everything recorded here was reachable by one person on free routes within two weeks, because that is the window in which most new accounts are kept or abandoned.

Removal rather than a low score. Requiring a purchase before redemption, refusing a documented withdrawal, or advertising a free route that does not exist would remove an operator from the ledger. None of the current eighteen did any of these.

The review score is a separate instrument

Each review carries a score out of five covering games, interface, support and how honestly the promotions are written. It is written after the figures are recorded and it is allowed to disagree with the ledger position. Pickem Casino sits at fourteen with one of the better opening positions in the study, purely because its cashier is slow. Both facts belong on the page.

Conflicts and refreshes

Some outbound links are commercial. Figures are recorded before any link exists and are never revised afterwards, which is why several commercial partners sit in the bottom third. The whole ledger is rebuilt each sweep with the month printed at the top.
