Corrections, operator updates and reader questions all arrive in the same inbox.
Write to contact@nationalsweepstakesclub.com. A person reads it and replies normally go out within two working days. There is no contact form here on purpose, because a form collects more than it needs and adds nothing.
What helps
- Corrections. Name the operator, the figure you think is wrong, and where the right one appears. We re-test rather than edit around it.
- Operator changes. A dated screenshot of a changed package, floor or payment process is enough to trigger a re-test.
- Reader questions. Include your state and the operators you are comparing, because eligibility and floors both vary.
- Operator enquiries. Welcome, with one caveat: ledger positions are not for sale.
What we cannot do
We are not an operator and have no access to your account, balance or withdrawal. Operator support is the only party that can act on a late payment. If that route is exhausted, the licensing body named in the operator terms is the next step.
